These Newsletters are a great way to keep up with what our favourite author has been up to. I have been busy canvassing votes for Peter for the People's Dagger Award, and hope u are all doing the same. My friends and family are sick of me sending the link for them to vote, so now I'll have a go at anyone reading this, and please vote. Really easy and u can do it up to FIVE times. Not much to do in return for all the pleasure we get reading his books...ta..Carrie

I honestly have to say that I've read probably thousands of books over the years but find nowadays, that I don't have the time to read. However, I recently bought a holiday home (not Brighton unfortunately) and my mother bought a few of my late aunts books down just to furnish the place really. Anyhow, I got to reading one as I'd finally finished The Da Vinci Code after many months of picking it up and putting it down, and, looking at the cover etc, did not expect much from the book to be honest. Not tge sort of thing I would normally read but thought I'd give it a try. Within the first few pages, I was absolutely hooked!! From there on, I hardly put it down, I was enthralled to find out what happened next...the book was Dead Simple...
I have now purchased ALL of the Roy Grace series along with a few of the earlier books. I have just finished reading Looking Good Dead and was equally enthralled.
I really just wanted to write and congratulate you on a fantastic series of books. As I said before, I have read thousands of books but these, without doubt, are tge most engaging, brilliant and page-turning of them all!! A fantastic accomplishment!!
I look forward to reading the rest and to many more in the future!
Ok, off to read Not Dead Enough now :-)

Hi Peter! You have been my author of choice since last May when my holiday companion, who had just finished reading "Not Dead Enough" suggested that I might enjoy it. I found it quite un-put-downable and have been voraciously reading your work ever since.

I am about to start Dead Man's Grip next. *rubs hands together in anticipation of yet another Peter James classic*

I have submitted my votes for the Daggers Award and will contact friends and family very soon to encourage them to do the same.

    Cheers!
